AMHERST, Mass. - Massachusetts freshman pitcher and Hamburg graduate Tara Klee was named to the All-Atlantic 10 Rookie Team in a vote of the league's head coaches.
Klee has compiled a 6-5 record in her first season in Amherst. Additionally, she has posted an undefeated 4-0 mark in seven A-10 starts with three complete games.
Her .285 opponent batting average ranks 12th in the A-10. Among freshman starting pitchers, she ranks first in opponent batting average, second in innings pitched and third in wins and ERA.
AUBURN - The Circle M Ranch Speedway will host its fifth annual reunion of drivers and race cars today at the original track location on the west end of Auburn.
Laps by restored race cars will begin at approximately 10 a.m.
Admission is free to the public.
Food and drinks will be sold by the Auburn Fire Company with all proceeds benefiting the fire company.
Spectators should bring their own seating.
