FRACKVILLE - Railway Park is in.

Parker Zimerofsky hit a fourth-inning home run and J.R. Hahner added three hits to pace Railway Park to an 11-6 victory over Frackville in a District 24 Little League 11-12-year- old Pool 3 game Tuesday night.

The victory keeps the Pottsville stars unbeaten in the tournament and clinches the Pool 3 title. Railway Park will host the Pool 1 runner-up, either Ashland, Minersville or Shenandoah, in Saturday's quarterfinals.

Hahner broke a 4-4 tie with an RBI single in the top of the fourth before Zimerofsky launched his two-run homer.

Max Schally had three hits for Frackville, including a three-run home run in the first inning that gave Frackville an early lead.

Frackville finished pool play at 2-2 and can clinch the second berth from Pool 3 if Millersburg loses one of its final two games, against Railway Park on Thursday or at Mahanoy City on Friday.

Pine Grove/Tremont 6 Line Mountain 1

MANDATA - Pine Grove/Tremont won its third straight game and clinched a spot in Saturday's quarterfinals by defeating Line Mountain in a Pool 4 game. No other details were provided.

Pine Grove/Tremont (3-1) will be the Pool 4 champion if Saint Clair/Port Carbon/New Philadelphia defeats Tri-Valley on Friday. If Tri-Valley wins, Pine Grove/Tremont will be the Pool 4 runner-up.
