tickets for game
FOUNTAIN SPRINGS — Tickets for Friday’s season-opening football game between Tamaqua and host North Schuylkill will be sold this week at both schools.
Tickets will be sold from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. today through Fridayin both high school offices.
The tickets cost $5 per adult and $3 per student and senior citizen.
Meet the Spartans
Night scheduled
for Thursday
FOUNTAIN SPRINGS — North Schuylkill High School’s athletic department will conduct its annual “Meet the Spartans” Night at 7 p.m. Thursday on the Ghosh Orthodontics Field at Spartan Stadium.
All fall sports athletes, cheerleaders and coaches will be introduced and the Spartan marching band will perform.
The event is free. If there is inclement weather, the program will be held in the high school gymnasium.
