SCHNECKSVILLE — The Penn State Schuylkill’s women’s basketball team opened the season under new head coach Darle Cresswell with an 80-50 non-conference victory over Lehigh Carbon Community College on Thursday night.
Tessa Dolce led the Lions with 17 points. Others in double figures were Caitria Bowen with 15, Madison Blasko with 14, Colleen Druby with 13 and Joelle Moyer with 11.
In the opening game for Penn State Schuylkill’s men, Lehigh Carbon took a 63-57 victory over the Lions.
