PINE GROVE — With three minutes left in the third quarter, things seemed to be going Pine Grove’s way.

The Cardinals led by one and had erased a five-point halftime deficit.

The final 11 minutes, though, belonged to Williams Valley. The Vikings ended the game on a 22-3 run to earn a 53-35, non-league victory Saturday afternoon.

Nick Rodichock scored 15 of his game-high 22 points in the first half to help Williams Valley build a 29-24 lead.

Peppe Mini added 11 points for the Vikings.

Austin Fick scored 15 and Kobe D’Agostino netted 12 for the Cardinals.

Jordan Melochick scored 13 points and Eli Nabholz added 10 for the Crimson Tide.

Dylan Belletiere’s 14 points paced Salisbury, which took its first loss in six games this season.

Matthew Miller hit seven three-pointers and totalled a game-high 33 points for Upper Dauphin.
