ORWIGSBURG — The Blue Mountain girls’ swim team has used its depth and balance to win dual meets all season.
Tuesday might have been the prime example.
The Eagles won just one event — Emma Barrett captured diving — but still had enough depth to pull out a 92-88 victory over Exeter Township.
Schuylkill League champion Blue Mountain (12-1) finished 2-3-4 in four events and took second and third in all three relays to stay ahead.
The Eagles’ B relay of Serena Reidler, Shauna Redanauer, Gabby Krause and Tara Laubenstine finished third by three tenths of a second in the 400 freestyle relay to clinch the win and prevent a tie.
