HAMBURG — Ryan Smith tossed a one-hitter to lead Hamburg to a 5-0 win over Fleetwood on Monday in a Berks League Section II baseball game.

Smith struck out seven in a complete-game effort.

Smith was also one of four Hawks with two hits apiece. The others were Jordan Youndt, Bailey Berger and Nick Kuhn.

HAMBURG — Robbie Smith won the shot put and discus to lead Hamburg (3-4, 2-3) over Kutztown 93-47 and Tulpehocken 99-41 in a Berks League Section II tri-meet.

Wyatt Conrad (3,200) and Brad Kemmerer (110 hurdles) also won individual events for the Hawks.

HAMBURG — Chelsea Forrest won both hurdles events as Hamburg (3-4, 1-4) beat Tulpehocken 80-60 but fell to Kutztown 89-52 in a Berks League Section II tri-meet.
