District 11 baseball
games postponed
until today by rain
Wednesday’s scheduled District 11 baseball championship games were postponed due to rain and moved to tonight.
The Class A championship game between Tri-Valley (14-8) and Pius X (12-8) will begin a doubleheader at Coca-Cola Park in Allentown at 4 p.m. The Class AAA championship game between Pottsville (20-4) and Blue Mountain (19-5) will follow at 6:30 p.m.
The winners of both games advance to the PIAA Tournament, which begins Monday, June 1, with first-round games.
