Blue Mountain’s Justin Hammer and Upper Dauphin’s Aaron Cleveland have been selected to play in this weekend’s Keystone Klash at Bowman Field in Williamsport.
The Keystone Klash, organized by the Big 26 Baseball Classic, is a three-game series of just players from Pennsylvania. The games are set for 6:05 p.m. Saturday and a doubleheader Sunday beginning at 12:05 p.m.
Hammer, who will be a junior this fall, will play for the Blue Team, while Cleveland, who will be a senior, is on the White roster.
Listed as an outfielder, Hammer played in 24 games at various positions for the Eagles this season, hitting .200 (9-for-45) with 11 runs scored and five RBIs.
Cleveland, a right-handed pitcher, was 5-3 for the District 3 Class AA runner-up Trojans, pitching Upper Dauphin past Richland in the opening round of the PIAA playoffs in June.
