HALIFAX - Emily Field made Nativity's long road trip a fruitful one.
The senior hitter registered 15 kills, 10 assists, five digs, one block and one ace as the visiting Green Wave defeated Halifax 25-20, 25-8, 25-22 in a Schuylkill League Division III-IV crossover match Thursday night.
Jessica Jones added 13 digs, one kill and six aces, while Jocelyn Holobetz collected 15 assists, five digs, nine kills and one ace for the Green Wave, who stayed one game behind Marian in the Division IV race.
Amber Laudenslager recorded five kills and two blocks for the Wildcats, who dropped their second straight league contest.
Nativity won JV 2-1.

HOMETOWN - Abby Stankiewitch tallied 14 kills and Grace Boyle notched 13 as the Fillies overcame a first game loss to outlast Tri-Valley 23-25, 25-17, 25-13, 25-14 in a Division III-IV crossover match.
Abby O'Donnell posted 24 assists for Marian, which lost its first game in league play this season. Maureen Kloap led Marian to the second-game win with six of her 10 kills.
For Tri-Valley, Jordan Schwalm paced the Bulldogs with 10 kills and 21 digs. Katie Rabuck added eight kills, Reagan Newswanger had 21 assists and Alexis Artz had 12 digs.

ORWIGSBURG - Lexi Hammer dished out 22 assists to complement five digs as the Eagles earned a 25-16, 25-20, 26-24 Division I-II crossover victory over the Cardinals.
Brittney Moyer added 15 kills, 14 digs and five aces, and Nicole McQuillan contributed seven kills and five digs for Blue Mountain.
Kayla Bressler had seven kills and Marla Stoner contributed 12 assists for Pine Grove.
Blue Mountain won JV 2-0.
Tamaqua 3 Lourdes 2
TAMAQUA - Tamaqua lost a 2-0 lead in games, but rallied in the fifth game to outlast Lourdes 25-23, 25-13, 15-25, 17-25, 18-16 in a Division I-II match.
Carly Trovinger led Tamaqua with four aces, 17 assists, eight kills and four digs. Jaclin Valasek added nine kills and two blocks, while Rylee Devlin served two aces and posted eight kills and five digs.
Tamaqua won JV 2-1.
Schuylkill Haven 3 North Schuylkill 2
FOUNTAIN SPRINGS - Madison Felty served 14 points as Schuylkill Haven rallied from a 2-0 deficit to overtake North Schuylkill, 21-25, 16-25, 25-23, 25-20, 15-13 in a Division I-II match.
Kayla Hartz paced the Hurricanes with three aces, two kills and three digs. Ashley Fernando had 11 service points and four digs, while Johannah Bilansky constributed 11 service points, one kill and 17 assists.
Schuylkill Haven won JV 2-0.

JIM THORPE - Noel Kaufman recorded seven kills, two aces and four blocks to spark Mahanoy Area to a 25-21, 25-18, 25-23 triumph over Jim Thorpe in a Division I-II match.
Brooke Kufrovich had two kills and two aces for the Golden Bears. Marcella Scheeler added three aces and two kills, while Shaina Leshko contributed four assists.
Mahanoy Area won JV 2-0.

ELIZABETHVILLE - Laura Sweger produced 10 kills and one block to lead the Trojans past the Devils 25-21, 25-14, 25-20 in a Division III-IV match.
McKenzie Miller added four assists and four digs, while Whitni Rudisill had four kills.
Shenandoah Valley gained five kills and five digs from Mariah Sands. Alaina Demalis added two aces and 10 digs, while Kristina Neiddu posted seven assists.
Upper Dauphin won JV 2-1.
Millersburg 3 Weatherly 0
MILLERSBURG - Amber Roach served nine aces and Samantha Hines had six kills to pace Millersburg to a 25-19, 25-10, 25-10 triumph over Weatherly in a Division III-IV match.
Roach added 19 assists for the Indians, who gained three kills from Jessica Millard and two aces from Hines. Taryn Herb posted 11 kills, while Kori Hirsch posted four aces.
Weatherly won JV 2-0.
Minersville 3 Williams Valley 0
TOWER CITY - Miranda Martin and Devan Direnzo each notched five kills to lead Minersville to a 26-24, 25-14, 25-17 triumph over Williams Valley in a Division III-IV match.
Direnzo had 11 digs and Martin added two for the Miners. Meg Schwalm added 20 digs and four aces.
Minersville won JV 2-0.

JIM THORPE - Jocelyn DeMarco collected 13 kills and two aces as the Olympians defeated the Royals 25-16, 25-22, 25-16 in a non-league match Wednesday.
Makenzie Walck had seven kills for the Olympians while Erin Shigo produced four kills, six digs and three aces. Riley Carroll accumulated three kills, 20 assists, five digs and one ace.
