MINERSVILLE - Shamiek Bethea scored 13 points, with six coming in the third quarter, to lead the Miners to a Division II victory over the Bulldogs.

Jeff Yordy continued his hot start to the season, pouring in a game-high 31 points in the Hilltoppers' Division III rout of the Blue Devils atop Lawton's Hill.

PINE GROVE - Travis Blankenhorn unloaded for 23 points for the Crimson Tide, including three 3 pointers, while John Toomey added 17 points and Eli Nabholz 16 in Pottsville's Division I victory Pine Grove.
Pottsville jumped out to a 16-7 lead after the first quarter, and extended that lead to 37-16 lead at the half.
Kobe D'Agostino led the Cardinals with 16 points.

MAHANOY CITY - Larry McNeil scored a game-high 17 points, including five 3-pointers, as the Golden Bears downed the Wreckers in a Division III contest.
Brian Miller added 15 points for Mahanoy Area, which used a 24-3, third-quarter run to go up 52-9.
Luke Figas led Weatherly with eight points.

HAMBURG - The Hawks outscored Twin Valley 20-5 in the fourth quarter to come from behind and earn their first Berks League Section II victory of the season.
Kassidy Lesher finished with 20 points for Hamburg, while Hannah Schoenly added 16. Both tallied six points in the Hawks' big fourth quarter.
Haley Kochel led Twin Valley with a game-high 25 points.
