ORWIGSBURG - Former Blue Mountain and Penn State standout and current Jacksonville Jaguars offensive lineman Matt Stankiewitch will conduct a free personal training class at 10 this morning at the Schuylkill Racquet & Fitness Club, located just off Route 61 in North Manheim Township.
Stankiewitch's class will focus on improving a person's agility, speed and flexibility. The former All-Big Ten center, signed to a reserve/future contract by Jacksonville last week, works as a personal trainer at the club.
TOWER CITY - Today's non-league girls' basketball game between Williams Valley and Millersburg will be a varsity-only contest starting at 1 p.m., the school announced Friday.
Millersburg does not have enough players to field a junior varsity team.
