Wednesday, the Pine Grove senior outscored Tamaqua all by herself.
Evans drained three 3-pointers, shot a perfect 5-for-5 from the foul line and tallied a game-high 22 points as the Cardinals downed the Blue Raiders 43-18 in a Schuylkill League Division I game.
Morgan Edge added 10 points for Pine Grove, which used a 20-6, first-quarter run to take control.
Paige Demetriades and Briana Wittig each had five points to pace Tamaqua.

MILLERSBURG - Emma Schweigert tallied 10 of her team-high 12 points in the second half, helping the Hurricanes secure a non-league win over the Indians.
Sarah Donati collected nine of her 11 points in the second half, while Calista Carl finished in double figures with 11 points as well for Schuylkill Haven.

SHENANDOAH - Spencer Tobin tallied 10 of his game-high 19 points in the second half, leading the Battlin' Miners to a victory over the Blue Devils in a non-league contest.
Leading by just six at halftime, Minersville pulled away in the third quarter and finished the night with a 34-19 edge on the glass.
Shamiek Bethea finished his night with 15 points, with eight coming in the first quarter that included a dunk on a slash to the bucket.
Angelo Maskornick's 14 points paced Shenandoah Valley.

TOWER CITY- Stephen Sedesse and Nick Rodichok each collected double-doubles as the Vikes romped past the Cards in a non-league contest.
Sedesse netted a game-high 23 points and 13 rebounds, scoring 14 in the first half. Eight of Sedesse's rebounds came on the offensive end.
Rodichok finished his night with 18 points and 11 rebounds, scoring 10 points in the second quarter as Williams Valley surged to a 38-17 halftime advantage.
Kobe D'Agostino paced Pine Grove with 14 points.

SLATINGTON - Matt Egan led three Bulldogs in double figures with 20 points as Northern Lehigh pulled away for a non-league win over the Olympians.

READING - Two Pottsville athletes earned second-place finishes and another secured a sixth at the Albright College High School Invitational.
James Close turned in a time of 6.54 seconds in the 55 meters to finish second, while Patrick McDonald cleared 12 feet in the pole vault for second place in the event.
Megan McDonald added a sixth-place finish in the 55-meter hurdles with a time of 10.72 seconds.
Twenty-seven schools competed in the event, including Tamaqua, Pine Grove, Shamokin, Mount Carmel and Hamburg.
