TOWER CITY — Jenna Daniel had 11 kills, six blocks and three aces to give the Vikings a 3-1 non-league win over the Olympians 23-25, 25-19, 25-16, 25-12.

Bindy Boyer recorded 14 assists, six digs, nine service points and four aces for Williams Valley. Maura Kreiser added seven kills, six aces and 14 service points.

Olivia Ancheff contributed 11 service points to the Vikings’ cause. Haley Nestor had seven digs.

Riley Carroll had 20 assists for Jim Thorpe. Makenzie Walck totaled nine kills, five aces and three blocks. Erin Shigo added six kills, six aces and 14 digs.

Williams Valley won the JV match 2-1.

Schuylkill Haven 3

Tamaqua 0

SCHUYLKILL HAVEN — Lexy Pascucci had 14 assists, 13 service points and three aces to lead the Hurricanes to a non-league sweep of the Blue Raiders 25-9, 25-13, 25-10.

Madison Felty added 12 service points and six kills while Malory Medaglia chipped in seven service points and four kills for Schuylkill Haven, which has opened the season with back-to-back victories.

Vanessa Solt recorded 16 digs and four kills for Tamaqua. Alexis Baddick had eight digs and six kills for the Raiders.

Schuylkill Haven won the JV game 2-0 with scores of 25-9 and 24-14.

Tri-Valley 3

Lourdes 0

HEGINS — Maddie Deibert finished with 13 kills as Tri-Valley beat Lourdes 25-18, 25-11, 25-15 in non-league action.

Katt Troutman added six kills and Alexis Artz had six aces and seven digs for the Bulldogs

Cait Funk had three kills and three blocks for the Red Raiders. Maya Yoder added three more kills and four service points for Lourdes.

Tri-Valley also won the JV game 2-0.

Marian 3

Holy Redeemer 0

HOMETOWN — Abby O’Donnell had 11 digs, 19 assists and four aces to help the Fillies down Holy Redeemer in a non-league game 25-21, 25-15, 25-12.

Abby Stankiewitch had six kills for the defending PIAA Class A state champions, while Emily Pilla and Maureen Kloap each had five.

Lauren Nietz added nine digs and Alex Stroia chipped in eight.

Saucon Valley 3

Lehighton 1

HELLERTOWN — Katie Higgins had 16 digs, three kills and an ace for the Indians, but the Panthers prevailed in a non-league contest 25-14, 25-20, 19-25, 25-13.

Andrea Schafer had seven kills and an ace for Lehighton. Tori Eads-Rodriguez added 16 assists and two aces.

Millersburg 3

Mifflin County 0

MILLERSBURG — Jessica Millard recorded four aces, six kills and a block for the Indians in a non-league win over Mifflin County.

Amber Roach had 21 assists and three aces in the victory, while Samantha Hines added six kills and three aces.

Audra Dohman also notched five aces for Millersburg.
