TOWER CITY - The 5th annual Nadine Miller Memorial Softball Tournament will be held Saturday, July 27, starting at 7 a.m.
Games will be held at Stoney Park in Williamstown, the Tower City Legion field, the Reinerton Field behind Subway and at the Orwin field behind the Orwin Fire Company. The championship games will be held in Orwin, starting around 5:30 p.m.
Proceeds from the tournament go to the Nadine Miller Scholarship Fund and the PA Breast Cancer Coalition. Miller was a longtime supporter and officer with several Williams Valley High School booster clubs before she passed away.
In addition to the games, there will be refreshment stands at every field, with Williams' French Fries having a stand at the Orwin field. A Chinese auction will be held at the Orwin field, T-shirts will be sold and there will be a raffle drawing.
